•Creating value preposition as well as setting the pricing strategy of merchants.
•Portfolio management activities.
•Management of relationship with schemes
•Tie-ups with external partners e.g. PSPs, web shop developers, etc.
•Identification of target client segments
•Identification of new business
•Scanning the press for new merchants, new entrants into the country
•Competitor analysis
